Premium Seating
Premium Seating places you closest to the heart of the celebration, where the rhythm of the ‘oli and the flicker of the fire knife dancers feel almost within reach, offering an intimate embrace of the evening’s magic with early access to the feast and flowing drinks.
Table assignments are based on when your reservations were booked.
Premium seating will include local ohana style snacks at each table.

The Aloha Pavilion at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa is a stunning, open-air venue that captures the essence of Hawaii’s natural beauty and cultural spirit. Nestled amidst lush tropical gardens and overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean, the pavilion serves as the perfect setting for The Westin Maui’s renowned luau experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation made by 5 p.m., 2 days prior to the date of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Show will still be held rain or shine and will only be cancelled with extreme weather circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Check-in
Check-in for the Wailele Lū’au is located at our Aloha Pavilion. This is on the south side of our property, as you walk through the Valley Alley game room. Please follow the directional signage to guide you to our location. We welcome you to enjoy and soak in the beauty of the resort before the evening’s festivities begin. To avoid excessive wait times in line, please note that seating at the Aloha Pavilion begins at 5pm during our Winter Hours of October 1st through March 31st and 5:30pm during our Summer Hours of April 1st through September 30th.

Self Parking Options:
1) The Westin Maui Parking Garage
Enter the parking garage at the first gate entrance from The Westin Maui driveway on the left-hand side.
The parking garage gate will be open for 1 hour once the show concludes.
A parking fee of $45 (plus tax) will be charged to the guests if they miss to exit the parking garage 1 hour after the luau show concludes
(Beginning September 1, this fee will increase to $50 (plus tax)
Valet Parking-$50 (plus tax)
(Beginning September 1, our Valet Parking rates will increase to $55 (plus tax)
2) Whalers Village Parking Garage:
Located within walking distance to the resort
$8.00 per hour, maximum at $50
Tickets are validated if a purchase is made at the Whalers Village Shops, with a minimum spend. (Minimum spend at each shop varies)

All guests will be dropped off and picked-up from The Whalers Village guest entrance.

A traditional Hawaiian lū‘au isn’t complete without a generous spread of food and island delicacies. Taste your way through the cultural melting pot that is Hawai‘i with our chef-created buffet of food and drinks at Wailele Lū‘au. Your ticket price includes unlimited trips to the buffet and bar, so we encourage guests to arrive with an appetite.

Luau Lovin'
Great Luau! This was my fourth and by far one of the best. From the food and table service to the entertainment. Even the photographer was funny and professional! Sunset from there was beautiful too. Parking I’d give a 2. Get there early just to find parking if you are not staying at the resort.

Beautiful Show!
Our family had a great time! We were seated right by the stage and music. The music was wonderful! I could have listened to them all day. The show was great, the dancing, chants, outfits and history was all tied in together perfectly. Very glad we went!
