This is the second time I’ve taken a tour with this company. I live on the island and have a few different tours with different companies, and this one takes the cake. Tamae, is a wonderful person and was there both times. She and her crew always take such amazing care of you. If you are lucky you will get Diego, Rachael, Trevor and Tamae as your captain and guides. So knowledgeable in the life of Mantas. Don’t forget to tip! They work tirelessly every day to make sure you have the best experience possible. The price of paradise is high and they have a cute glowy tip jar just waiting for a nice crisp bill. It’s how they can keep the tour cheaper than most!
We went on the night manta snorkel, it was our second time with this company. The crew was Trevor, Diego, Rachael, and Tamae. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We have done multiple manta snorkels and this one was by far the best. Would highly recommend and will be only using this company in the future.
Kai our Captain knew where to find the whales and was very informative about them. I expected to see or 1-2 whales but we saw countless whales including mom and her adolescent and observed a ""heat race" where several male whales chased a female whale - at one point we were surrounded by whales!
Dolphin Discoveries staff in Kona were friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
