Fly through the Jungle on our full-length, 8-Zipline course! Take the plunge, if you dare, on our optional Quick Jump Free Fall Ride. A great adventure and wonderful way to see the “Real Maui Hawaii”
This adventure with Jungle Zipline Maui includes 8 amazing Ziplines, 4 tree platforms, a stunning 85-foot long tree to tree suspension bridge, two swinging bridges, 1 Quick Jump Free Fall Ride (This ride is optional and you can skip this if you like). We provide water and granola bars half way through the tour, and chips and drinks after the tour. After your tour, you can explore our tropical park!
What to Bring:
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO OPEN TOE SHOES allowed on the course. Pants or long shorts are recommended. We also don’t recommend wearing white.
Restrictions:
Minimum age is 6 years old.
Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED, for your own safety. Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.
Although we try to always make customers comfortable both physically and mentally, some degree of impact on joints or anxiety about zipping is unavoidable.
Not recommended/ permitted for pregnant women.
There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zipline runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.

How much do you have to weigh to zipline?
To be able to zipline with us, our weight restriction is: 50lb to 250 lbs.*
*If 45 lbs. to 49 lbs. they will have to go tandem with a zipline guide (price for tandem is a full regular price). (we weigh everybody at the office when you check in)
What should I wear?
Closed toe shoes! If you wear close toe sandals, they need to have heel straps.
Longer shorts, leggings or pants (depend on the weather), recommended for comfort (so you’re more comfortable in our harnesses).
Wear sunscreen.
Wear bug spray (we are in the jungle, there are some mosquitos)
Remove any dangling jewelry and rings before arriving.
If you have long hair, have it in a low ponytail or braided.
You can bring gopro, phone or camera (at your own risk)

Do we zipline in the rain?
Ziplining is Fun in the rain. “We go rain or shine”, the only time the weather might prevent you from ziplining is during a lightning storm or our valley flooding. If this occurs during your tour or before your tour, we will reschedule your tour for the next available day and time.
What time is good to zipline?
Any time is great to zipline! Please be aware that you need to check in at our park 30 minutes before your tour time.
What time should we leave our hotel to go ziplining?
Coming from the West side of Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina area) please leave your hotel 2 hours ahead your tour time, consider 1.15 hour to 1.30 hour driving time plus 30 min prior to check in.
Coming from the South side of Maui (Wailea, Kihei areas) please leave your hotel 2 hours ahead your tour time, consider 1.15 hour to 1.30 hour driving time plus 30 min prior to check in.
If you are early here is great, you have time to use the restrooms, put sunscreen on, explore our park and take pictures!!! (lets be earlier than later, and avoid rushing)
Cancellation Policy
Jungle Zipline WILL RUN Rain or Shine.
Weight Restriction: 50 lb – 250 lb.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will be charged full tour price. “No-shows” will also be charged full tour price. Charges will be applied to the credit card provided. Jungle Zipline reserves the right to cancel/reschedule tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, or events beyond our control. In these events, we will do our best to re-book your tour immediately.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. When we book your tour we also schedule our guides and support staff for the trip. If there are “no shows” we still incur in staffing expenses. With such “on-the-spot” notice, we are not able to fill your spot on the tour, and thus must charge the entire fee.
If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour, we will charge $20 fee per person cancelled since your reservation held a spot that we otherwise could have filled. There are no exceptions.
Rescheduling a tour, to reschedule a tour you are allowed and welcome to do it upon availability and should request 24 or more hours before your scheduled tour.
If you are late or over our weight restriction you will not get a refund.
Your tour and guides must leave at the scheduled time. We do expect you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved tour time to sign the waiver and put on gear. Mahalo!
We do not provide transportation out to our location. If you call a taxi, Uber or Lyft please plan accordingly as they will not come back for pick up. If calling one of these companies make sure they are available to take you back to your location.

Loved it!
We (couple and teenage son) did the 8 lines jungle zipline and loved it.
We felt very safe the whole time. The equipment was checked on each line. The lines have different lengths, speeds, and heights.
There is a little bit of a walk through the jungle (uphill and downhill) in between the lines. They mentioned it is about 1.7m with about 10 pounds (?) of equipment on. The view was amazing.
The staff was very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. They gave us lots of tips what to visit on the island and told us facts about nature around us.
I highly recommend this tour.
Remember to use insect repellent and to wear longer shorts.

Amazing Experience!
We had an amazing time with Eryn and Jo as our tour guides ! They made the experience fun and taught us about some of interesting facts about the ecosystem where we were ziplining . They also gave us good places to visit while visiting Maui and where not to go. Highly recommend it
