Jungle 5 line Zipline Tour
A great tour for families who want a taste of our ziplines! Includes 5 ziplines, 3 tree platforms and a stunning 85-foot long tree to tree suspension bridge.
Jungle Zipline Maui takes you on a thrilling adventure through five amazing ziplines, 3 tree platforms and, a stunning 85-foot long tree to tree suspension bridge. We provide water and granola bars half way through the tour, and chips and drinks after the tour. After your tour, you can explore our tropical park!

What to Bring:
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO OPEN TOE SHOES allowed on the course. Pants or long shorts are recommended. We also don’t recommend wearing white.
Restrictions:
Minimum age is 6 years old.
Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED, for your own safety. Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.
Although we try to always make customers comfortable both physically and mentally, some degree of impact on joints or anxiety about zipping is unavoidable.
Not recommended/ permitted for pregnant women.
There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zipline runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.

How much do you have to weigh to zipline?
To be able to zipline with us, our weight restriction is: 50lb to 250 lbs.*
*If 45 lbs. to 49 lbs. they will have to go tandem with a zipline guide (price for tandem is a full regular price). (we weigh everybody at the office when you check in)
What should I wear?
Closed toe shoes! If you wear close toe sandals, they need to have heel straps.
Longer shorts, leggings or pants (depend on the weather), recommended for comfort (so you’re more comfortable in our harnesses).
Wear sunscreen.
Wear bug spray (we are in the jungle, there are some mosquitos)
Remove any dangling jewelry and rings before arriving.
If you have long hair, have it in a low ponytail or braided.
You can bring gopro, phone or camera (at your own risk)

Do we zipline in the rain?
Ziplining is Fun in the rain. “We go rain or shine”, the only time the weather might prevent you from ziplining is during a lightning storm or our valley flooding. If this occurs during your tour or before your tour, we will reschedule your tour for the next available day and time.
What time is good to zipline?
Any time is great to zipline! Please be aware that you need to check in at our park 30 minutes before your tour time.
What time should we leave our hotel to go ziplining?
Coming from the West side of Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina area) please leave your hotel 2 hours ahead your tour time, consider 1.15 hour to 1.30 hour driving time plus 30 min prior to check in.
Coming from the South side of Maui (Wailea, Kihei areas) please leave your hotel 2 hours ahead your tour time, consider 1.15 hour to 1.30 hour driving time plus 30 min prior to check in.
If you are early here is great, you have time to use the restrooms, put sunscreen on, explore our park and take pictures!!! (lets be earlier than later, and avoid rushing)
Cancellation Policy
Jungle Zipline WILL RUN Rain or Shine.
Weight Restriction: 50 lb – 250 lb.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will be charged full tour price. “No-shows” will also be charged full tour price. Charges will be applied to the credit card provided. Jungle Zipline reserves the right to cancel/reschedule tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, or events beyond our control. In these events, we will do our best to re-book your tour immediately.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. When we book your tour we also schedule our guides and support staff for the trip. If there are “no shows” we still incur in staffing expenses. With such “on-the-spot” notice, we are not able to fill your spot on the tour, and thus must charge the entire fee.
If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour, we will charge $20 fee per person cancelled since your reservation held a spot that we otherwise could have filled. There are no exceptions.
Rescheduling a tour, to reschedule a tour you are allowed and welcome to do it upon availability and should request 24 or more hours before your scheduled tour.
If you are late or over our weight restriction you will not get a refund.
Your tour and guides must leave at the scheduled time. We do expect you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reserved tour time to sign the waiver and put on gear. Mahalo!
We do not provide transportation out to our location. If you call a taxi, Uber or Lyft please plan accordingly as they will not come back for pick up. If calling one of these companies make sure they are available to take you back to your location.

Just do it!
We had a wonderful time on a gorgeous day! Neither of us had ever zip lined in the past (early 60’s, here!!) and had no idea what to expect! It was a bit scary for me to step off of each platform, but it went smoothly and I had a blast when I “trusted the system” that they have in place! I would surely recommend this business to anyone as the guides we’re knowledgeable and fun - helped make it an experience that we will remember fondly.

Awesome Experience!
We were first-time zipliners, and DJ and Eryn (and the whole team) took very good care of us. They were kind, patient, professional, and diligent about safety, plus shared some fun facts about the flora as we went from line to line. The lines themselves are great, starting with a "bunny hill" to get the jitters out. Good photos, too, on line 5. Overall, a great experience and worth the drive from Lahaina.
