Learn to Stand Up Paddle, cruise the rivers, and out into the bay. Explore and enjoy the beauty of Kauaiʻs lush river valleys. Learn to ride waves and even take a down wind run (advanced). Learning to SUP is fun and easy for all. We enjoy showing our guests a great time with this fun way to get on the water!

Learn the basics of SUPing in the river and then gain the confidence to head out into the bay to get some rides. Starting in Hanalei river we teach you how to ride and maneuver the SUP Surfboards. We also instruct you on the best paddle techniques and key tips to maintain balance while SUPing.

Lesson begins in the beautiful Hanalei River on the North Shore of Kauai.

2 Hour Premium Stand Up Paddle Lessons, Hanalei Bay, Kauai (Offered Daily)


Stand-Up Paddle Lessons include:

Paddle board
Rash guard
Basically everything you'll need for stand-up paddle surfing
15-30 minute beach practice learning techniques on paddling, standing up, catching waves, positioning, safety skills and surf etiquette.
Up to 1 hour 45 minutes in the water, quality SUPing time with professional SUP instructor

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. We have limited time slots and availability for our lessons making them in high demand. We will gladly refund or reschedule if it is determined to be unsafe or poor conditions for us to teach in. But in most circumstances our lessons are a go in rain or shine.
