Amazing pictures!

Our morning trip to Haleakala was amazing. The pickup was timely, and we made it up the mountain about 30 minutes before the sun started to peak in the horizon. Even just on an iPhone 13 Pro Max, the pictures left us speechless. We met so many cool people while waiting for the sunrise to begin. Plus, the breakfast was yummy and complimentary!

Our driver/tour guide, Wayne, was very knowledgeable about all things Maui and loaded us full of botanical knowledge along the return trip. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - we expected some breakfast sandwiches but instead were ushered to a delightful outdoor restaurant with freshly cooked options and a hillside view of Maui, nestled amongst gardens and babbling water features. Don’t forget to dress in your winter ski gear for the summit sunrise! Very cold.
