Your expert driver guide will greet you at your hotel and welcome you aboard a state-of-art minibus that features wide side windows to allow views along the way to the summit area. Your driver guide’s live tour narration is augmented with captivating video segments shown on high tech vehicle monitors. Once at the summit and above the clouds, take in the stunning views of the rising sun. Upon descending from the dormant Maui volcano tour, you will join newfound friends for a delicious local style breakfast at Kula Lodge with its upcountry hospitality and breathtaking views of the west Maui mountains before returning to your hotel.

Amazing pictures!

Our morning trip to Haleakala was amazing. The pickup was timely, and we made it up the mountain about 30 minutes before the sun started to peak in the horizon. Even just on an iPhone 13 Pro Max, the pictures left us speechless. We met so many cool people while waiting for the sunrise to begin. Plus, the breakfast was yummy and complimentary!

Our driver/tour guide, Wayne, was very knowledgeable about all things Maui and loaded us full of botanical knowledge along the return trip. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - we expected some breakfast sandwiches but instead were ushered to a delightful outdoor restaurant with freshly cooked options and a hillside view of Maui, nestled amongst gardens and babbling water features. Don’t forget to dress in your winter ski gear for the summit sunrise! Very cold.
